There are a lot of online games to entertain gamers. These are simple games that help people pass time. One of these games is Mahjong which was adapted from a popular Chinese game. Currently, there are a lot of websites that are offering different versions of mahjong. These can be played by one or more people simultaneously. It can also be played online or downloaded right to your computer. The file size is relatively small so it is very convenient to have full mahjong game downloaded.

The general idea of the game is somewhat different from the actual game from China. It is all about the matching of pairs of tiles composed of shapes, symbols and Chinese numbers. The tiles that are on the edge are the ones that are allowed to be matched according to the rules of the game. The tiles are arranged in such a way that tiles are placed in piles forming a specific pattern. It is up to the player to crack the code.

Thanksgiving Day is one of the most celebrated events of the year for people living in Canada and the US. Celebrating this holiday involves sumptuous meals like oven roasted turkey and attending colorful parades. In fact, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade has been happening annually since 1924. Traditionally, Thanksgiving Day is patterned after the harvest feast that was celebrated by both Englishmen and Native Americans. On October 3, 1789, George Washington made sure that Thanksgiving is celebrated through an official declaration. This holiday is celebrated during the last Thursday of November and is considered as a time-off for family and friends to get together. Many people consider traveling to other countries during Thanksgiving Day since it is also one of the busiest holidays of the year. Whether you are meeting with relatives, attending a reunion, or going to another place, don’t forget that the essence of Thanksgiving Day is to give thanks for the blessings of the past year.
